Yes. While we repair a wide range of household and commercial appliances, there are some appliances and brands we don’t service.

We do not repair microwaves, coffee machines or vacuum cleaners, and we currently do not service Samsung or Hisense appliances.

Is your appliance still under manufacturer warranty?

We’re authorised warranty service agents for:

Warranty conditions vary between manufacturers and appliances.

If your appliance is still under warranty, you’ll need to contact the appliance manufacturer first to report the fault and arrange a warranty claim.

The manufacturer will assess your claim and, where applicable, issue a work order to Appliance Repairs & Spares Tasmania. We must receive this work order from the manufacturer before we can carry out any warranty repairs.

Once the work order has been issued to us, we can proceed with arranging your warranty service.

Please do not book a warranty repair directly with us before contacting the manufacturer, as we’re unable to commence warranty work without an authorised work order.
