We supply appliance spare parts for a wide range of brands, including the manufacturers we regularly service as well as selected parts for other appliance brands.

As the only parts distributor for Electrolux and Fisher & Paykel in Tasmania, we have particularly strong access to parts for these brands, while also being able to source many other components depending on availability.

If you’re looking for a particular part, send us the appliance brand, model number and serial number, along with a photo of the identification label where possible, and we’ll check whether we can help.

Parts availability varies depending on the appliance, manufacturer, age and model.

Appliance parts can look almost identical while having completely different specifications. The model number is therefore extremely important when making a parts enquiry.

Before contacting us, please provide as much of the following as possible:

  • Part required, if known

  • Photo of the model/serial number label

Most appliances have an identification label or plate showing the model and serial number.

Its location varies between appliances and manufacturers, but it may be found around the door opening, inside the appliance, along an internal wall, underneath a cover or on the rear of the unit.
